The Shoreline League of Democratic Women (SLDW) will host their 6th Annual Green Lifestyle Fair on Saturday March 24, 9am – 3:30pm, at the Water’s Edge Resort and Spa, in Westbrook, CT. This event is free to the public. The Green Lifestyle Fair will host a wide variety of Exhibitors featuring energy alternatives, eco-friendly products and services. Industry experts and environmental advocates! The Green Lifestyle Fair provides valuable insight into real world energy choices, financial incentives, conservation initiatives, and the most pressing challenges affecting our environment today. This year, the Fair will feature a variety of new programs, speakers, and more! The Shoreline League is also updating their very popular publication entitled “The
Ultimate Shoreline Recycling Guide", which will be available at the Fair.
NEW!Don't miss the BOOK SWAP & CASH FOR NEWER BOOKS CENTER. Shoreline citizens can recycle and swap their older books, and sell their newer books and textbooks for the most money. The SLDW is teaming with MyBookCart.com, a local business that buys back the latest titles of fiction, non-fiction, college books, and school textbooks.
